Terms & conditions

These are the terms on which AI for Everyone Edu provides its courses. Enrolling on a course means accepting them.

What we provide

Online courses in artificial intelligence, taught in English and Hindi, made up of recorded lessons, live sessions with a mentor, and support over WhatsApp. Each course page states its length, the number of lessons and the language it is taught in.

Enrolling

You enrol by completing the form on a course page. Paid courses also require payment, which is taken through Razorpay. Your enrolment is confirmed once payment succeeds; for free courses it is confirmed on submission. We will contact you on the WhatsApp number you give us, so please make sure it is correct.

Fees

Prices are shown on each course page in Indian rupees and include any applicable taxes. We may change prices, but never for a course you have already paid for.

Refunds

Paid course fees are not refundable once you are enrolled. The full position, including the cases where we do refund, is on the refund and cancellation page.

Your account and conduct

Course access is for you alone. Please do not share your access, recordings or materials with people who have not enrolled, and do not republish or resell them. We may end access without refund if materials are shared or sold, or if someone behaves abusively towards a mentor or another learner.

Course materials

Lessons, recordings, written material and artwork remain ours. You may use them for your own learning, and for work you do yourself, but not to run a course of your own.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will teach the course as described, and we will help when you are stuck. We cannot promise a job, a salary, a grade or any particular result — those depend on you and on circumstances outside our control. Our courses are education, not professional advice.

Changes to a course

Occasionally we may move a live session, change a mentor, or update material to keep it current. If we cancel a course outright we will offer you a place on another or refund you in full.

Our liability

Where we are liable to you, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
