This describes exactly what AI for Everyone Edu collects and why. It is deliberately specific — if something is not listed here, we do not collect it.
What we collect
When you enrol on a course, the form asks for:
- your name;
- your WhatsApp number;
- your email address;
- whether you want to be taught in English or Hindi;
- anything you choose to write in the optional note.
We also record which course you enrolled on, the amount, and whether payment succeeded.
Separately, if you enter your email in the newsletter box in the footer, we store that address and the page you signed up from. Nothing else. That is the whole of it.
Payment details
We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank credentials. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay, and all we receive back is whether it succeeded and a reference number. Razorpay processes that data under its own privacy policy.
Why we collect it
- to enrol you and give you access to the course;
- to message you on WhatsApp with joining links and session times;
- to teach you in the language you asked for;
- to answer you when you contact us;
- to send the weekly email, if you asked for it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details. We do not rent, share or trade them with advertisers, data brokers or anyone else for their own purposes. We do not send marketing about unrelated products.
Who else can see it
Only the people who need it: your mentor, and the staff answering enquiries. Our hosting, database and payment providers process data on our behalf under their own agreements. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
We keep enrolment records while you are a learner and afterwards where we are required to for tax and accounting. If you ask us to delete your details and we are not legally required to keep them, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@aiforeveryoneedu.com and we will respond within one working day. You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time and we will stop.
To come off the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to us — we remove you the same day and do not ask why.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The only data stored in your browser is what is needed for the site to work, and for the admin panel to keep its staff signed in.
Children
Some of our courses are written for school-age girls. If you are under 18, please enrol with a parent or guardian's knowledge. If a parent or guardian asks us to remove a child's details, we will do so.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Contact us with any question about it.
