Courses

A course is a live cohort taught on video calls on the dates shown on the course page. When your payment succeeds, your place is confirmed on screen straight away and a confirmation email is sent to the address you gave at checkout. It names the course, the mentor, the language and the start time in IST.

The joining link for the live sessions is emailed to the same address before the first session. Keep an eye on the inbox you entered at checkout, and check your spam folder if nothing has arrived a day before the start date. If you gave the wrong address, write to us and we will correct it.

Playbooks

A playbook is read online in your browser. There is no file to download and nothing to install. When Razorpay confirms your payment, the playbook is added to your library, usually within a few seconds.

If you bought without signing in first, you are taken to a page to set a password. That page is reached through a link tied to your payment, so only the person who made the payment can use it. Once your password is set, the playbook is in your library and stays there.

If something does not arrive

If a playbook has not appeared in your library within 15 minutes of a successful payment, or a course confirmation email has not arrived within an hour, write to info@aiforeveryoneedu.com or message +91 99297 90897 on WhatsApp. Include the payment id or order id from your bank or UPI app, which lets us find the payment immediately.

We reply within one working day. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM IST. A payment that reached us but did not deliver is always resolved, either by granting the access or by returning the money.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in Indian rupees and are the full amount payable. There is no separate tax line and no delivery charge, because there is nothing to deliver physically.
