Pawan Singh
Founder
Pawan Singh has devoted two decades to education, shaping the lives of 10,000+ students through Daksh Group Of Education. An MBA by training, he played a pivotal role in the conception, planning and establishment of Daksh — now one of the most reputed competitive-exam institutions in Rajasthan, with centres in Jaipur and Bharatpur.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), bringing management and planning discipline to how the institution is run.
- Designed and implemented a holistic academic framework for government recruitment exams, including SSC, Banking, Railway and State Services.
- Spearheaded the recruitment and training of faculty, developed in-house learning material, and introduced digital learning modules to make learning accessible to rural students.
- Mentored 10,000+ aspirants, many of whom have secured positions in government sectors across Rajasthan and India.

An MBA by training, she has built her profile as a social uplifter dedicated to girls' education and women's empowerment — driven by the belief that education is the most powerful way to open doors for girls and women.
