Content repurposer

Cuts one long piece into platform-ready posts, a newsletter section and a short video script, each with a hook and a call to action and within each channel's length limit, then suggests a posting order. A person picks and edits what goes out.

Is this you?

Do you make long content, a webinar or an article, more than once a month and publish it only once?Yes, that’s us. Build it →Not really. Show me the next one

What it does, step by step

  1. 1The source is uploaded: an article, a transcript or a recording
  2. 2The five strongest points are extracted and listed
  3. 3One draft per channel is written to the channel guide's length and tone
  4. 4A newsletter section and a 60-second script are drafted
  5. 5A posting order over two weeks is suggested
  6. 6A person picks, edits and schedules; weak drafts are discarded

What you’ll learn building it

  • Pull the five strongest points out of any long piece
  • Write to each channel's length and tone from one source
  • Decide what goes out and what gets thrown away

What you’ll need

Source content worth repurposing, at least 1,500 words or 20 minutesA channel guide with lengths and tone per platformA posting calendar and someone who owns it

Where it goes wrong

Volume without a point of view is noise. The agent can cut and reshape; it cannot decide what your firm believes. The person still chooses which three of nine drafts are worth saying.

One example

A chartered accountancy firm in Ahmedabad with 25 staff runs a monthly 45-minute webinar on GST and MSME compliance for clients. Earlier the recording sat on Google Drive. Now the partner uploads the transcript; the repurposer returns five LinkedIn posts, three WhatsApp broadcast messages for clients, a newsletter section and a 60-second script for a short video, plus a two-week posting order. She edits three posts, drops two, and schedules in Zoho Social. pieces published per webinar went from one to nine.
