Meeting-to-action agent

Turns a transcript, a recording or rough notes into a list of decisions, actions with an owner and a date, open questions and a short follow-up message that a person edits and sends.

Is this you?

Do decisions from your meetings regularly get lost or re-argued the following week?Yes, that’s us. Build it →Not really. Show me the next one

What it does, step by step

  1. 1Notes or a recording are pasted or uploaded
  2. 2Decisions are extracted as plain statements
  3. 3Actions are extracted with owner and due date read from context
  4. 4Anything without an owner or a date is flagged, not guessed
  5. 5A follow-up message is drafted in the team's tone
  6. 6A person edits and sends; the actions go to the task list

What you’ll learn building it

  • Write a job in one sentence an agent cannot misread
  • Set rules it must not break, like never inventing an owner or a date
  • Run a check that proves it refuses to guess

What you’ll need

Notes or a recording of the meetingA team list for matching ownersA place where actions live (a chat group or a task tool)

Where it goes wrong

Rough notes produce confident rubbish. The agent must flag low-confidence items rather than invent an owner, and someone must still read the list before it goes out.

One example

A 12-person interior design studio in Pune runs a Monday client review. The owner records it on her phone, uploads the audio, and gets back nine actions with names and dates and a client update she edits in two minutes. the studio reports the Monday follow-up now goes out before lunch instead of on Wednesday.
